Beans in Chinese
A good starter for a dinner in Chinese style cooking which does not take much time.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    400 g

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

  • Tabasco

    4 Tbsp

Prepare a solution of: 2 tbsp water 1 tbsp soy sauce, Tabasco, sesame oil, sugar and starch. Set aside. In a double boiler, boil the green beans for 5-6 minutes, place them in cold water, not to lose color, water pump.

On strong fire fry in oil the garlic and ginger for half a minute.

Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and pods, fry for about 5 minutes, stirring all the time.

At the end pour in the starch mixture (shake well) and fry the beans, constant stirring, for another minute.
