Eggplant
This essential appetizer for any meal. Very tasty with rye bread. I cook this dish almost every holiday. Everyone really likes.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    5 piece

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Vinegar

  • Salt

Cooking

Onions finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Garlic finely chop or squeeze through a garlic press, pour 1 tsp of vinegar and water

Eggplant cut into rings with a width of 0.5-0.7 cm, dipped in beaten eggs and fry on one side in vegetable oil, seasoning with salt.

Flip the eggplant, season with salt and fry until Golden brown

Ready eggplant spread in layers in a large dish: first the eggplant, then a layer of fried onions, then drizzle with half of the marinated garlic with the marinade.

Then again a layer of eggplant, onion, garlic marinade.
