Rice balls with avocado cream
This appetizer will surely surprise your guests and decorate the holiday table. Especially, I think she will like ladies with light refreshments.

Ingredients

Rice ball I cooked from rice Italica TM "Mistral". Rinse rice well, drain in a sieve. Add the specified quantity of water. Cover, bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
