First, open mail, and there the congratulations with 3rd level of Natuski (Bagira)! For which many thanks to her, as well as all the cooks!!! As for the muffins. I don't really like beer, sometimes I can drink a good Cup. But my husband can't watch football without friends, beer and, respectively, snacks for him, because the appetite of beer creepy... a Good way out: fish, hearty and delicious muffins...

Cooking
From fish to drain the juice, mash with a fork. Finely chop the greens. Add 1 tsp of lemon juice.
Beat eggs, add yogurt, flour, salt and baking powder. Mix to a semi-liquid dough, add the fish with herbs. Stir with a spoon.
For anybody not a secret, lubricated shape, I'm just bragging at the same time the acquisition of: a muffin tin and silicone brush.
Put the dough into molds, olives cut in half and lightly press into the dough cut up. Bake at 180*C for 20 minutes.
These are the muffins inside, juicy and flavorful. You can also use canned pink salmon, salmon, etc.
