Cooking
Drying soak in milk for 30 minutes (no more and no less)
In forcemeat add finely chopped onion (I shredded in a blender)
Add ketchup (I was Bulgarian)
Add favorite spices (I used to take pepper, but this time they took the seasoning for minced meat - that's really good), salt
Protiven grease with vegetable oil. Put on it drying. In each drying put the stuffing with a small slide.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Mix cheese with mayonnaise.
To put cheese with mayonnaise on drying on top of meat. Put in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes (cheese should be Golden, and the smell will be all over the apartment :) )
