Two-layer citrus tart
CREAMY TWO-LAYER CITRUS TART. This tart - sour for lovers and for lovers of citrus. Something like a cheesecake but not cheesecake. Tea is very tasty. To coffee, in my opinion, is not.

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    1.5 piece

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Vanilla

    2 pack

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Cheese curd

    250 g

Crush the biscuits using a blender. Mix with the melted butter, sugar and salt and tightly compacted into the form. Bake 10 min at 180°C until Golden brown, cool.

With a whisk mix in a large bowl, lemon juice, eggs, 2/3 can of condensed milk and 1 packet of vanillin,

To remove the zest from lime and squeeze the juice. Using a mixer mix the cream cheese with the remaining condensed milk, vanilla, sugar, lime juice and zest.
