Many people know this dish as "lazy"vareniki. But in my option not enough of them to cook, they still need to bake! But baked, and the tasty fills, and even the meringue! Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

mix the cheese,yolks,sugar,salt and semolina. I had a cottage cheese 5% fat,so I had to knead the dough and add more flour.So see how you succeed,and act.If necessary,add also the flour.
