Very tasty candy! I love roasted nuts in chocolate, but it is very hard. These candies taste - soft chocolate caramel with a rich flavor of toasted sunflower seeds. In recipe - space for imagination. Please don't be mad, if it deems a prescription unnecessary. On the website more than 100 recipes for any candy, but I have not found such.

Seeds fry in a dry pan until Golden.
In a saucepan mix all ingredients except seeds. Usually I use instead of sugar candy "iris kids" are semi-soft pads in rectangular briquettes, chocolate or milk. But sugar turns out not less tasty. Heat over low heat, stirring, until a homogeneous mass.
Shape cover with cling film, grease it with oil slightly, pour the mixture, flatten and put into the cold for 30 minutes.
Remove the cooked candy mass from the mold, remove the film and cut into squares. I try less often to prepare these candies, because they can't resist the temptation. But once or twice a month still preparing...
