Cooking

Then there are two options of cooking. Option 1: sponge cake cut into cakes. Whisk sour cream with sugar, vanilla sugar and a thickener for cream. Option 2: Cut the top of the cake (about 1 cm, do not need to make the top too thin, because if you bake the biscuit in my recipe, it will turn out very tender, and very thin top just crumble).
The rest of the cake, select the middle (also without fanaticism, leave the sides and bottom about 1 cm thick).
To the middle of the cake add a little syrup (1 to 3 tablespoons, depending on size of cake and how you like moist cakes). If you have a biscuit from 6 eggs, I do not advise to give more than 1 tablespoon (but if you cook the cake, just cut into cakes, then treat very carefully). With a mixer mix the middle with syrup.
On to the middle, add the beaten sour cream, but not all, approximately one third Express on the top of the cake and mix with a mixer.
Next to the cream (sour cream+mid) add berries and stir with a spoon.
Put the resulting mass on the cake.
Top cover (the one you cut at the beginning).
Then the top and sides of cake coat with cream.
Decorate according to your taste, that is the way you like.
Makes a delicious moist cake with soft filling.
