Squash dumplings
This recipe post at the request of the Luba - lubashka55. I felt torn between doubt share such a simple recipe. But every time I prepare these pancakes, and see with what appetite they are eaten by the family, I gather up the courage. And yet, and lyubonka... to deny it I just can't.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Buckwheat

    300 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Buckwheat is, in principle, I never cook this dish. Just every time when it's cooked buckwheat, it is used in this dish. On a fine grater grate the garlic

On medium heat, heat up a pan with a little sunflower oil. And fry our dumplings.

Very tasty just with sour cream. And even salad with cheese, tomato, garlic with sour cream.
