Vegetable waffles
Very tasty, simple and fast. And yet - not so hot, as if to fry them on the stove!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Vegetables clean, wash and dry. Grate on a coarse grater.

To drive in vegetables two eggs, add sour cream and soy sauce - there is a very good sweet sauce "Kikkoman". Salt and pepper to taste, mix well.

Add the flour and starch, stir again thoroughly. If desired, you can add a pinch repaid lemon juice soda – cake will be thicker and softer, but will lose its bright color. I baked half and half with soda.

Put the dough a tablespoon into the waffle iron and bake until it will turn brown. In summer, the heat is just a wonderful idea! Not a drop of oil and not hot!

Hot waffles to put on the grill.

Serve hot waffles delicious with a salsa of cucumbers and tomatoes with peppers and onions, season it with soy sauce – better light from "Kikkoman" and balsamic vinegar.

Wafers and pour a good sauce of sour cream, mix it with light soy sauce "Kikkoman" and generously Dobrev favorite seasoning.

Immediately, hot, waffles a little crispy and tight.

And cooled it is possible to make small plates rolls on skewers - they become soft and elastic. But you can cake to assemble, fluff layer of cheese sauce, and decorate a summer table!
