Favorite meat my husband the Turkey. Prepare it differently, but as a festive option cooked this is such a wonderful loaf. It turns out not only delicious, but still very juicy and flavorful! Go!

Cooking
In skillet, heat butter, put the chopped spinach and a little to embarrass that the spinach has reduced in volume. Season with a little salt.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and RUB the sauce with your hand or a cooking brush.
Form cover with foil and bake loaf 1 hour 10 minutes. Then remove the foil and cook for another 30 minutes, basting several times with sauce formed and giving the loaf to brown. Remove the loaf from the oven, cool slightly, so as not to burn yourself and remove the thread.
Cut the roulade into slices and serve to your beloved and to join. I sliced the loaf hot, it turned out great! But it is equally delicious cold as a snack. Bon appetit!
