This French dish is thoroughly entrenched in our menu. It is not difficult, but it sounds and looks beautiful and intriguing. Submit it at the reception very well, don't forget to decorate in Christmas theme...

Cooking
Cook the Turkey wings in minimum quantity of water. Add the carrots and onion, lightly prisolit. Please note, we will be adding soy sauce. I cooked in a slow cooker, 2 hours on the "Stew, Stewing".
Allow to cool. Then, removing the bones, chop the meat finely on fiber. Carrots and onions chop with a fork.
Spread into the pan pour soy sauce. Fry on medium heat.
I use naturally brewed sweet soy sauce TM Kikkoman. It will give a spicy touch on the palate.
Season with pepper and stew a few moments.
Pour the cream, stir, boil on low heat and off. Cool.
Finely chop red onions and parsley. Add in the cooled Riet. Mix well. To bring salt to taste. I'm not salted.
This is the finished dish. Cook it for buffet serving.
Spread on a cracker with 1 tsp. of rieta to make Christmas tree made from feta cheese.
