Eggplant with cheese
Eggplant and cheese! Very tasty and separately...but if you connect them it turns out very tender and flavorful! And gernertic add fresh tomatoes - will taste even better!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Greens

    25 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Salt

Main ingredients: Eggplant wash and clean from the stalk, cut into rings thickness. about 0.3-0.5 cm cheese - grate

Greens finely chop. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and add chopped garlic (through the press) and the greens.

Mix all thoroughly

Everything is prepared, now take a deep. ( I cooked in a slow cooker, in the oven, too)

On the bottom of the form pour oil refined sunflower, IDEAL

Put a layer of eggplant-add salt a little, greased evenly with cream-mayonnaise mixture.

And sprinkle top of cheese.

Repeat all layers alternately - I got 3 layers. Top should be cheese. Pour in the whipped cream and put the form in the slow cooker for 20 min in baking mode. (in the oven 20 minutes at t 180 gr)

After 20 minutes, remove, allow to cool a few minutes, and spread wide spatula on plates)
