Sauce minced
Long thought to be to accommodate the beef, except the cutlets and pasta with it, I decided to try to make either gravy, or the sauce turned out delicious, and like something new has gone!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Salt

    0.17 tsp

  • Spices

    0.17 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

Cooking

Onion slice and fry.

Add the tomato paste and all other spices.

Add water and bring to boil.

Add the beef, stir and put "Fire" for 30 minutes.
