Salad of rice and liver
I want to offer you a very tasty salad. Prepared quickly and it turns out very hearty and slightly spicy. In this salad I spoil their loved ones.

Ingredients

  • Liver pork

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Figure

    3 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boiled liver cut into strips or cubes. Cut onion finely. In olive oil sauté the onions with the liver and cool.

Pre-boil the rice in a bag from TM Mistral. Part of that can be added to the salad, and another portion is served along with sauce. Add the rice to the liver and stir.

Add grated carrots (large grater).

Eggs cut into medium-sized pieces and add to salad. Mix well.

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Add and stir.

Add the chopped garlic, mix well.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Dressed with mayonnaise or sour cream is at personal discretion.
