Cooking
Prepare all the necessary products. The butter should be completely soft.
Blend butter with sugar. I put the sugar according to the norm, but I cookies seemed really sweet. However, I'm not really liking sweet.
Add the vanilla sugar and the egg and the whole mass a little beat up.
Stir in coconut and dried apricots, cut into small pieces.
Sift the flour. Knead the dough.
Put the dough on the table sprinkled with flour and knead. If necessary, add more flour.
Flatten the dough into a long sausage with a diameter of about 5 cm.
Wrap the sausage in foil and put it in cold for 1 hour.
When the dough is well chilled, remove the tape. Sausage cut into slices of 6 mm thickness Laid on a baking sheet, greased. You can lay it with baking paper.
Bake at 190°C for 15-20 minutes until pale Golden brown.
Ready cookies to cool on the grill and then put in the set. The recipe does not contain baking powder. But cookies, for my taste, turned out not too crumbly. I think that a bit of baking powder would not hurt.
