In food processor mix all ingredients for dough, except water, in the end, add cold water and knead until the dough gather into a ball. Wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Remove dough from the refrigerator and roll it out into a circle, put it in a greased form with a diameter of 28-30 cm, making bumpers. Prick the dough with a fork and send in the oven for 15 minutes.
Gooseberry to wash, remove the stalk, the stems and cut in half.
In berries add cornstarch and stir.
To prepare the sauce, we need Universal cane sugar TM Mistral.
In a food processor mix the flour, yolks, cream and sugar, mix until smooth. If you have sour gooseberries, the sugar may need more.
The basis for the pie put gooseberries.
Bake the pie for another 30-40 minutes or until tender. That's all a pleasant appetite!!!
