  • Champagne

    70 ml

  • Chicken egg

  • Sour cream

    70 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Brown sugar

    80 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Potato starch

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    9 piece

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Citric acid
