Stuffed squash flowers
Very tasty, unusual and original dish. Cooks very quickly and is not difficult. You can use flowers of any varieties of zucchini.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    10 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Bread

    1 slice

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Flowers wash and dry. Can you take pure flowers, but I like it when at the tip of a small zucchini.

Prepare the stuffing. I took a crust of bran bread and cut it small.

Chop the garlic and parsley also. If you have old garlic, take two times less.

Cheese grate on a fine grater. I have a simple homemade cheese from milk.
