Baklazhanovy
Every woman at least once whipped eggplant rolls. Why not? Always look spectacular and can be prepared in advance before guests (only tastier!). Options for filling mass... I suggest your-vegetable, spicy.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Cream cheese

    120 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Figure

    80 g

  • Olives

    8 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Leeks

    0.25 piece

  • Cabbage

  • Dill

  • Vegetable oil

    0.25 cup

Cooking

Eggplant wash, dry.

Slice lengthwise into thin layers, each prisolit and leave for 10 minutes.

10 minutes to wet a cloth and lubricate with brush with butter lightly. So they will absorb less oil and well browned.

Heat the pan and put the oiled side down first. Top then grease lightly with oil. After a minute, turn over and fry further.

And so fry batches, transfer to a napkin.

For the filling, garlic finely crumble.

Pepper I decided to get pickled from the blanks-so tender.

Grind the pepper and olives too.

Finely grate the cheese. I do it in advance and keep in the refrigerator under a lid is always at hand.

Mix with stuffing, salt, pepper.

Now it's simple! Take baklazhanovy the tabs and on each put a spoonful of filling.

Twine easily rolls. No skewers are not needed, they are well stuck!

You can send before serving in the refrigerator. If you eat on a picnic, you can do so: put in a box of lettuce and on top to build the rolls. Cover with a lid and go on nature.

For convenience, cut in half and eat with a fork.
