Herring in Dutch
Very tasty and easy to prepare herring! You can serve it right from the vegetables to the potatoes or just as a snack. The recipe comes from Elena Kalinina, with my slight modifications. Thank you!

Ingredients

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Shallots

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    3 share

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Parsley

    0.333 coup

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    5 piece

Cooking

Sedili to clean and divide into fillets, then cut into slices on the photo

Onions and carrots cleaned and cut into rings. Prepare the oil, Bay leaf and lemon with parsley.

On the bottom of the jar, I have 750 ml, mixing part of onions and carrots.

A portion of the herring.

Top lemon, Bay leaf, pepper, pertushka and a little sugar.

Layer repeat until the end of the herring and vegetables.

Pour everything with oil and put it in the refrigerator for 2 days. A couple of times to turn upside down and leave in the refrigerator, upside down, in normal position.
