Tomato Burger
Unusual and colorful appetizer. A juicy Patty with onions and gravy "hidden" not in a bun, and podmechenno the tomato, seems to me original and interesting... and you?... The idea is borrowed from the Internet and adjusted to our taste.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    250 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    30 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Minced meat is better to take the mixed (pork + chicken), low-fat. Add soy sauce and seasoning, I took a seasoning for a shish kebab (mixture of spices).

Mix thoroughly and beat a few times.
