Cooking
Liver washed and cut into pieces.
Mix all ingredients for the marinade.
Put the liver in the marinade and stir. Leave for 15 minutes. The preparation time excluding the marinating.

Add the onions and stir. Fry for another 13 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Do fill. To do this, mix all ingredients for filling. I use Kikkoman soy sauce.
