Stuffed zucchini
Who doesn't love stuffed zucchini? Our family love them all. I really liked this version of the stuffing - easy to prepare, and for digestion.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 pack

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Minced chicken

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Boil until cooked buckwheat. I have buckwheat TM Mistral

Cook the chicken mince. Add salt and spices to taste. Mix with the buckwheat, crushed fried onions. Zucchini cut into rings in the thickness of 1-1,5 cm, scoop out the flesh. Removed the pulp of zucchini cut into cubes and add to the mince.

Mix well the minced meat and fill them with the zucchini. Put in a bowl multicookings, add water about 100 ml and install the program "Baking" for 30 minutes
