Chicken rolls with eggplant
Very tasty, juicy, flavorful with a spicy filling. Such rolls are not ashamed to serve on the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    7 piece

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Greens

  • Bacon

    1 pack

Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes.

Mushrooms chop and fry up to readiness.

Mix the peppers and mushrooms. Add to taste garlic.

Add grated on a coarse grater cheese, finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper stuffing. Mix well.

Eggplant cut into thin slices and fry. Blot with a paper towel to remove excess fat.
