Tasty, hearty and flavorful dish with meat and potatoes in sour cream and tomato sauce with a lid of puff pastry.

1. Meat wash, dry paper towel and cut into portion pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat until it will turn brown over high heat.

9. Roll out puff pastry on a flour covered Board and cut out 4 circle, whose diameter should be 2 cm larger than the diameter of the molds. On the circle you can cut triangles or snowflakes.
