Description
Nice shortbread cookies with crunchy peanuts and cereal. Wonderfully combined with a hot Cup of coffee.

Cooking
Beat the eggs with sugar, gradually add the softened butter.
200g peanut grind using a blender and mix with flour, oatmeal, salt and soda.
Stir the butter-egg mixture with the dry mixture. The resulting dough is put on oiled baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 250-260 degrees until dry sticks.
Caramel candy grind. 15 minutes until cooked remove the cake from oven and evenly sprinkle it with half of the peanuts and crushed candy.
Cool the cake and cut it into cookies.
