Cooking
Nuts to chop, grind biscuits, add sugar and butter. Crumble 2 of the meringues.
Stir until smooth. Spread in a greased form. Good press to the bottom and make the bumpers. Put in the refrigerator.
For the cream mix the lemon juice, eggs and condensed milk. Pour on the cake.
Bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes. At the end you can cover with foil.
To get and decorate. I was decorated with meringue and lemon peel.
The cake turns out very crumbly, just melts in your mouth! All who have tried, are unable to determine from what made the cream. It is not cloying, thanks to the lemon juice. Very soft, silky and lightweight!
