Description
There is the classic "Prague" cake that I tried to bring to life. On the website there are cakes with the same name, but mine is slightly different. I hope that everyone will like, because it is very tasty. And festive - because it is dedicated to all the men of our website. Well done!!! I admire you!!!

Cooking
To prepare products to the test.
Beat eggs with sugar and condensed milk. Soda pour in the cream, stir and let stand 5 minutes (to soda put out). Cocoa mix with flour.
In the egg-milk mixture add sour cream and whisk.
Sift the flour with cocoa and mix well.
Prepare form. I made the parchment and greased with vegetable oil. You can bake one cake and cut into layers, but I ladle divided the dough into three parts and bake 3 cakes separately. Bake for 20 minutes each at 180 degrees Celsius.
Here are the cakes turn out.
While bake and freeze the cakes, prepare papicock and cream. Papicock. Mix sugar and milk and bring to a boil on a small flame. Slightly cooled and add the cognac.
It turned out so good that I had to cook a second batch =))
Cream. Softened at room temperature butter, mix with condensed milk and with cocoa (I'm still a little bit of brandy is added) until smooth and beat with a mixer until fluffy state.
Put the cake together. All the cakes liberally lubricated impregnated and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
First Korzh grease cream, put the second cake, grease cream the second cake, put the third layer (impregnated down!!!). Third Korzh lubricated apricot jam (preferably jam was "sour"). I had apricot-orange jam was very tasty. The sides of the cake, too lubricated cream.
Prepare the glaze. Chocolate chop and melt (I did this in the microwave).
Mix with butter until smooth.
Quickly (as this frosting hardens quickly) lubricates the top of cake. Well, that's all... Classic, "Prague" cake is ready, as it requires no decoration.
But since I wanted a feast for my men (friends and colleagues), I made marshmallow decoration and graced this creation!!!
