FOR CAKE: pour over almonds (100 g) with boiling water.
Grind in a blender or 2 times to scroll through a meat grinder. Mix the almonds, sugar, flour and proteins.

Whisk in a separate bowl cream.
Enter into the chocolate-butter mass, mixing thoroughly. Pour the cream into a form, on top of almond cake. Flatten and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
FOR the GLAZE: Melt the chocolate with the butter in the milk. Cool. Put frosting on the cake. Refrigerate another 30 minutes.
Slide a knife around the sides of the form to separate her from cake and place on a dish.
