Bread with beer
Primarily interested in cooking minimum cooking time of the test, it's just the Express version. The bread turns out very fragrant, with quite dense structure, but not scored.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Beer

    350 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sesame

Mix all dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and half the spices. Regarding the latter, the recipe called for rosemary, but I love coriander, so the hell with him.

I don't know exactly which beer was used in the original version, I tried with light and suggest to start with him, because its taste is more delicate than in the dark. The dry mix pour in the beer.

Now just mix up good until smooth. The dough will be quite liquid.

Form grease with butter (silicone can not grease) and put the dough.

From top to pour in vegetable oil, sprinkled with remnants of spices, coarse salt and sesame seeds if desired. Bake at 180 degrees for 80-90 minutes.
