Ingredients

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Anchovies

    4 piece

  • Ham

    4 slice

  • Soft cheese

    65 g

  • Arugula

    1 coup

  • Olives

    12 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Oregano

    1 handful

Preheat the oven to 200*C. peppers cut lengthwise and remove the core. A baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and lay the halves of the pepper.

Tomatoes cut in half crosswise, remove the pulp. Grind the garlic. In each half pepper put a slice of ham. Sprinkle with garlic and oregano.

Slices of ham spread half of the tomatoes and arrange anchovy fillets. Drizzle with olive maslom, salt and pepper. Put in the oven for 35 minutes.

Cut mozzarella into 4 slices and arrange on pepper. Put in the oven for 5 minutes. Place them on a dish, garnish with arugula leaves and olives.
