Cottage cheese casserole with dried apricots and nuts in a slow cooker
Delicious, truly air casserole. Great dessert, Breakfast, snack!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Vegetable oil

    60 g

  • Semolina

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Dried apricots

  • Nuts

Usually for such purposes I take dry cottage cheese

Semolina pour the boiling water and stir until a thick slurry. cheese beat in eggs, sugar, vanillin, semolina (in the form of a slurry), baking powder. stir (I used a blender, it's more of a homogeneous mass)

Nuts I took what was left of the house (you can take any)

Grind nuts (I used a blender)

Dried apricots cut into cubes

Stir the resulting mass with nuts and dried apricots

I used to cook slow cooker BRAND502

Cup grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina or breadcrumbs

Put on the mode "pastries" 1 hour 20 minutes after the signal turning off the slow cooker and allow to stand for 15 min.
