Salad
This is a very tasty salad I make very often. Sometimes substitute the liver for chicken, grilled.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Liver wash, cut into medium pieces, add salt, pepper and fry in vegetable oil on medium heat, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Put aside.

Prepare other products. Boil egg, peel.

Cabbage, the top leaf part cut into strips and arrange on a platter. Avocado clean, cut into slices and place on top of cabbage, pour the avocado with lemon juice.

Eggs regime into quarters, and tomatoes into 6 parts, spread over the avocado, leaving the center free space.

In the center of the salad spread slide in the liver.

Prepare the dressing, mix mayonnaise and ketchup, add the cognac.

Pour a little dressing on the salad, and the rest put in a gravy boat so that everyone could myself add to the bowl as desired.
