Cooking
Heart thoroughly washed, if necessary, remove tube and the blood clots. Put in pan and pour a minimum amount of boiling water (so the heart was completely covered with water). Cook on slow fire until tender (3-4 hours). For the duration of this process, I recommend heart to boil in advance. I recommend to cool in the broth.
The finished-product to remove from the broth.
Chop and whip in a blender along with the softened butter and 2-3 tablespoons of broth.
Dried and lightly roasted walnuts and sunflower seeds also grind into fine crumbs.
Olives and drain the brine and let the liquid drain out
On a fine grater to grate a boiled egg
Mix cottage cheese, butter, nuts, seeds,
Grated egg and cheese, passed through a press garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pastyou a lot of heart and butter to spread on the cooking foil in the shape of a rectangle
Sprinkle cheese and walnut stuffing,
The rows of olives (just pressed them in the blank)
With the help of film roll roll, put in a bag and put into the refrigerator until fully cured for a few hours. (Or better - at night)
A frozen loaf to release from the film
Put on a dish and decorate. I have as decorations: whole olives, whole walnuts, fresh herbs and braids of cheese-spaghetti
