You don't like mussels? Yes, you just don't know how to cook them. This, of course, a joke. But I still want to offer you easy composition and preparation of the salad that will change your attitude to these seafood.

Cooking
Take mussels, I have frozen, peeled. Allow them to thaw, washed from the sand. Put mussels into boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
Next, recline in a colander and use as directed.
Leeks (white part) cut into rings, tomato slices.
Mix the cooked mussels, chopped onion and tomato. Add boiled mushrooms, I got mushrooms, you can take any.
Make a salad dressing. For this mix the soy sauce, olive oil, sweet chili sauce, press out the garlic and lemon juice. Mix (whisk) with a fork.
Pour the filling into the mussels with vegetables and mushrooms, stir.
On a serving plate put lettuce (torn) or salad mix.
Spread on a lettuce salad with mussels. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Bon appetit!
