Cooking
Let's start cooking "fruit tales" with the cutting out balls of melon and watermelon with a spoon-Noisette (or cut into cubes). The melon is cut into two equal parts (can be along, across, you can do so like me), remove the seeds. One half will serve as a vase for our dessert, but from the second half of the ejected balls.
The balls of watermelon and cantaloupe, add grapes, cherries, currants, gooseberries, blackberries and gently stir.
When the filling is ready, start preparing the filling. Combine in a blender with sour cream, thickener for cream, sugar, vanilla and whisk. Spread half of the cream and the remaining half add the cocoa powder and whisk.
Into the prepared bowl of melon spread and fruit-berry filling and cream chocolate, then a layer of filling
And cream without filler. So alternate layers to fill the vase.
Decorate with mint leaves.
