Cooking time 30 minutes given without taking into account the cooling of the test (30 minutes in the freezer). Beat margarine, 3 egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, cognac. Add the flour, the chopped prunes and ginger. Quickly knead the dough and send it for 30 minutes in the freezer. Turn on the oven at 180*. Chilled roll out the dough (preferably using tape) to 1 cm thick, cut out rings (midway I also baked) with their 4th egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar, bake 10 minutes at 180*.
