Cooking
Bacon, finely chopped to bits. Took young lean brisket, so as not to add fat-so all together. Garlic RUB on a fine grater
Mix spices and salt with the chopped meat, add the garlic, a good mix

Long sausages failed to push conveniently short. but so pretty))
Put sausages in a bowl multivarki, add 150 grams of water
Turn on mode "Steaming" at a pressure of 2-15 minutes
After 15 minutes, our sausages have tushilis... and the smell of garlic, meat and spices so that saliva was a mouthful at all!
Now fry in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, enhancing the aroma
Ask everyone at the tasting! Very tasty!! I never buy store-bought sausages, sausages and so on-they were not around!! Afraid that Easter will not be saved (but the gut is still there). I would be glad if You like my way of cooking! Bon appetit!
