Ingredients

  • Duck

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    1 cup

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

My duck thoroughly, remove excess fat, cut it into pieces.

In a deep pan heat oil and fry the duck for 3 minutes. Add chopped onion half rings, stir.

Add chopped lengthwise into quarters potatoes. Add favorite spices. Stir and fry for another 3 minutes.

Add green peas, stir.

Put fried mixture into the ceramic roaster. Pour the broth, sprinkle with salt, if necessary. Cover and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 60 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the cheese sauce, mayonnaise and broth (1/2 Cup.).
