Start by marinating chicken Breasts. For the marinade, combine the soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger. Put the meat in a glass or ceramic dish, cover with marinade, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. At the bottom of the "pot" put a layer of potatoes. Each layer optionally, salting and peppering to taste.
Then half of the spinach.
Cover "cap". Tightly wrap the "pot" film, put on top of the plate, and on it put some weight (I have a brick wrapped in foil). Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. During this time, the stuffing will compress and will not crumble when cut, and "pot" is soaked with sauce and juices from the filling.
Before serving you can put the bread in the oven, preheated to 200 deg. 5-7 minutes to warm it, because it will taste better slightly warm or at room temperature. If you take it with you on a picnic, he warms up on the road.
