Cookies with cornmeal and mint ganache

Ingredients

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Corn flour

    160 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    120 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Mint

    10 g

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

1. The oil should be at room temperature.

2. The butter with the sugar, whip in the cream.

3. Whipping, one by one add the eggs.

4. Then add the zest and vanilla sugar.

5. Wheat flour mixed with corn, to sift. Add salt. Portions, 3-4 times, add the flour mixture into the egg-oil, each time stirring well with a spoon.

6. Preheat the oven to 180C. Baking tray lay a parchment. The dough with a cooking bag to transplant on a baking sheet. My dough turned out a little thick. I'm part of the cookie made just hands. Bake cookies 10 minutes.

7. Cream with mint to put in a water bath. Bring the cream to a boil, reduce the heat to low and let it cook gently for five minutes. The cream should be a greenish hue. Then need to strain the cream and add the chocolate. When it melts, add spices, stir and remove from heat.
