Apple pie
Recipe French Apple pie with sour cream with my additions. Preparing our family for many years. It turns out always and we love very much. Tasty, tender, airy and easy to prepare. Highly recommend!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Starch

    50 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    500 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

The cake consists of two layers: the test with the apples and fills. So, let's start.

Whisk the butter with 100 g sugar, egg, half of a bag of vanillin and a pinch of salt. Add milk and stir again.

Mix the flour with starch, baking powder, and introduced into the mass.

Apples peeled, remove core and cut into half rings with a thickness of 5-7 mm.

At the bottom of a split form (pre-greased) spread the batter, evenly distributed. On top of the apples, lightly pressing into the dough. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

Whip cream with egg, 50 g sugar and the remaining vanilla (0,5 pack). Pour this mixture in pie to cover all the apples. And bake at 200 degrees until cooked. My cake browned in 30 minutes, but sometimes longer.

Ready pie to cool until warm and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
