Cooking
We prepare our soup in multivarka Vitek VT-4211 W. Install the program "ROASTING" for 20 minutes. Pour a Cup of vegetable oil
Add the chopped onion half rings. Fry, stirring occasionally until transparent.
Carrots and celery cut into dice. Add in the bowl multivarki.
Cabbage also shred small pieces, add to vegetables along with tomato paste. Mix.
Tomatoes for a few seconds immerse in boiling water, remove the skin and cut into cubes. Add to the vegetables.
Add mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally until the end of the program.
Upon completion of the program "ROASTING", pour into the bowl multivarki water so that the vegetables were covered with water fully. Add the sugar and soy sauce.
Install the program "SOUP" for 1 hour.
Serve the soup generously sprinkled with chopped green onions. All a pleasant appetite!
