Meatballs with tomatoes in a slow cooker
Very tender and juicy meatballs work for this recipe! And the tomato sauce gives it a memorable finish. Cook in multivarka Vitek 4200R/

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    1000 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    7 tooth

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    50 g

  • Salt

Cooking

To make minced meat, half of a specified quantity of onions and garlic, season with salt and pepper. Add sour cream, mix well. I mince no eggs, no bread is not added.

Carefully remove from sauce, dill and Bay leaves. Put the meatballs, close the lid and cook for 20 min.

Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 10 min.

Meatballs with tomatoes ready. Before serving you can sprinkle the dish with the remaining chopped dill.
