Soak the gelatin. RUB on a small grater crab sticks.
Thinly slice salted salmon.
Boil the broth and add the soaked gelatin. To dissolve gelatin completely.
To take shape. Can small, portion cups. I have a regular form for ice. Fill them up to half of shredded crab sticks. Top to stick a piece of salmon, beautifully wrapped petal. Stick a sprig of parsley and pour to the top of the broth with gelatin. Put in the refrigerator until fully cured.
