Cheese roll
Offer you the option of cheese snacks. The recipe I saw in the magazine "School of Gastronome". The loaf turns out soft, creamy taste and is done quickly.

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese

  • Green olives

    100 g

  • Green onions

  • Mint

  • Mac

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Tabasco

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

  • Salt

So: green onion, cheese to RUB on a small grater, olives cut into circles (you can use stuffed).

Whisk cream cheese and ricotta until smooth.

Then add (to the whipped cheese) grated hard cheese, olives, onion, pepper and Tabasco sauce. All mix well. After a taste. Perhaps for your taste, you will need to add something. Salt I didn't use, because green olives are so salty.

Then take a cling film and distribute it the chopped mint, parsley, poppy, and sesame seeds. The greens used a "by eye". Mint took less than parsley, because I do not know like it or not the combination of cheese and mint.

Formed from the curd sausage and spread it on the prepared foil with herbs, poppy seeds and sesame seeds.

Roll cheese sausage in this mixture, wrap in foil and put into the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Before serving the dish put lettuce leaves or Chinese cabbage, remove the foil and put the cheese roll on a plate, decorate. You can submit one piece.
