Cabbage cut into large squares
add grated on a coarse grater carrots,
add the grapes (previously cut in half and remove the seeds) and cranberries,
from apples to remove the core, cut into thin slices and put on top.
To prepare the marinade: 10 cloves of garlic (first time I put less) cut into small pieces + 1 liter water + 1 Cup Rast. oil + 1 Cup sugar + 2 table. tsp salt +3/4 Cup vinegar. Bring to boil, cook for 2 minutes. Pour the hot cabbage prepared with additives. Leave them sit for 2 days (basically, you can eat as soon as cool:)).
