Warm salad with arugula
Fantastic taste of this salad is obtained by bitter arugula and juicy warm zucchini. Great for Lenten table.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    500 g

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Hazelnuts

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    50 g

  • Sauce

    40 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

We need: arugula, hazelnuts, courgettes, olive oil and Pesto sauce.

Zucchini, peel and cut the long plates.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the zucchini in hot olive oil pan and fry until Golden brown.

Arugula is spread on a plate.

Finely chop the hazelnuts.

Sprinkle with hazelnuts arugula.

Prepare sauce: 50gr. olive oil and 30g. sauce "Pesto".

Choose 6 large chunks of zucchini and put aside. The rest of the layers cut into cubes and add to salad.

On top lay the remaining zucchini, top with sauce, and calls all to the table. Bon appetit!
